Day 1: Fly into Bhutan (Paro Airport)

1. Visit to national museum
2. Sightseeing in Paro
3. After lunch, drive to Thimphu.

Day 2: Thimphu

1. Changangkha Lhakhang: This popular temple, perched like a fortress on a ridge above central Thimphu, hums with pilgrim activity. It was established in the 12th century on a site chosen by Lama Phajo Drukgom Zhigpo, who came from Ralung in Tibet. Parents traditionally come here to get auspicious names for their newborns or blessings for their young children from the protector deity Tamdrin.
2. Takin Zoo: It is located in theMotithang district of Thimphu, Bhutan is a wildlife reserve area for takin, the national animal of Bhutan. Originally a mini-zoo, it was converted into a preserve when it was discovered that the animals refrained from inhabiting the surrounding forest even when set free.
3. National Library: The National Library was established in 1967 to preserve ancient Dzongkha and Tibetan texts. For tourists it is of interest mainly as a fine example of traditional Bhutanese architecture, but there are some great historic photos and on the top floor is a copy of a letter sent from the DrukDesi (secular ruler) to British army officer and surveyor Samuel Turner in 1783.
4. Zorig Chusum: This institute, commonly known as 'the painting school', operates four- to six-year courses that provide instruction in Bhutan's 13 traditional arts. Students specialise in painting (furniture,thangkas – painted religious pictures, usually on canvas), woodcarving (masks, statues, bowls, etc), embroidery (hangings, boots, clothes) or statue-making (clay).
5. Folk Heritage Museum: The museum gives you a glimpse of the traditional Bhutanese lifestyle, in addition to artifacts from rural households; it also displays an impressive collection of typical household objects, tools and equipment.
6. Royal Textile Muesume: Thimphu's best museum is part of the Royal Textile Academy and is the place to learn about Bhutan's living national art ofthagzo (weaving).
7. Drop to hotel/resort. 

Day 3: Thimphu – Punakha- Wangduephodrang

1. After breakfast, travel to Punakha via Dochula pass. Visit to Punakha Dzong, located on the island of the Pho-Chu (male) river and the Mo-chu (Female) river.
2. Evening, walk through Metsina to the Devine Madman’s Monastery – Chhimi Lhakhang famously known for its fertility shrine, where one can receive a special fertility blessing.
3. Overnight at a hotel in Punakha

Day 4: Punakha (Rafting)

1. Rafting through Pho Chu
2. Night at a hotel in Wangdue

Day 5: Punakha-Bumthang valley

1. Drive to Bumthang via Pelela pass, a wonderful opportunity for photographs.
2. En-route stops at Chummy village to visit Yathra Weaving Centre (where Yathra are made into colorful scarves, bags, blankets and sweater)
3. Evening at a beautiful resort in Bumthang.

Day 6: Bumthang valley sightseeing tour

1. Visit to Jampa Lhakhang: Jampa Lhakhang is one of the oldest temples in Bhutan.
2. Visit Kurje Lhakhang: this large active and important temple complex is named after the body (kur) print (jey) of Guru Rinpoche, which is preserved in a cave inside the oldest of the three buildings that make up the temple complex.
3. Deothang Goemba: this little visited but charming private Deothang Goemba (also known as Dawathang Gonemba) which means field of the moon is just north of Kurjey Lhakhang and dates from 1949.
4. Visit to Thangbi Goemba: Thangbi temple is located on a plateau above the Chamkhar River north of Kurje Temple.
5. Visit Tamshing Lhakhang: this temple is also known as Tamzhing Lhendrup Chholing (Temple of the good message)

Day 7: Bumthang –Phobjikha

1. Drive to Trongsa
2. Visit Trongsa Dzong: seat of the district administration, build in the 1648. And visit tower of Trongsa now its converted into the museum from watchtower that once guarded Trongsa Dzong from internal rebellion, stands in Bhutan’s history.
3. Drive to Phobjikha valley and overnight will be at hotel.

Day 8: Phobjkha- Thimphu

1. Travel back to Thimphu.

Day 9: Thimphu-Paro

1. Drive to Paro and relax in Paro

Day 10: Paro

1. A day Hike to Paro Taktsang monastery: Tshog offering, private prayers and meditation at Taktsang.
2. Night halt in Paro.

Day 11: Departure from Paro

1. Our guide will escort you to Paro International Airport for your departure.
